A talented, well-trained and credentialed cosmetic and plastic surgeon surrounded by competent, empathetic, and congenial office personnel make the ingredients for an amazing cosmetic transformation experience.

I pride myself with minimal wait times, nearly all patients wait less than 15 minutes. I believe that anything less, is a sign of disrespect for you. I spend as much time as possible during the consultation. If additional time for clarification or answering questions is requested, an additional consult or a personal phone consult by myself is provided.

We strive to have every patient the opportunity to have a consultation over the phone with our aesthetic consultants, Rose or Tina, prior to presenting for the initial consultation with Dr Troell. We believe that this extra time interacting with our cosmetic office and viewing our website will build a trusting and respectful physician-patient relationship.

The comprehensive information and ease of reading of the text as well as the addition of before and after photographs and the extensive number and quality of patient instructional and testimonial videos assists in the comprehensive education process. This process enables you and your loved one’s to make the choices in cosmetic surgery that are right for you as an individual.

Dr Troell performs “House Calls” on patients on a regular basis after cosmetic and plastic surgery procedures to make the recovery period easier for you as a patient as well as your family and friends. We often also provide some pleasant surprises during your recovery.

From your reception in our office by Brittany, to the aesthetic consultation by Rose and Tina, to the aesthetician services provided by Rose and Mellissa, and to the operating room personnel that include the surgical technicians, medical assistants and anesthesiologists, we know that it is all about you… your safety, satisfying your expectations and providing an optimal aesthetic result.
