The Vampire Lift (dermal needling with platelet rich plasma) combined with radiofrequency {RF) (Venus Viva) is a new procedure that rejuvenates the skin. This combines the remarkable rejuvenation potential of one’s own growth factors, known as Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and RF energy

Who is a candidate for the combined RF & Vampire Facelift? Any patient with mild, moderate or severe volume loss, wrinkles, diminished skin texture, laxity and skin tone.

Radiofrequency improves the collagen synthesis and regenerates injured collagen using energy. To increase the healing potential, adding PRP optimizes the outcome. Some call this procedure the Time Machine, since your skin appearance looks a decade younger.

Rejuvenation occurs with the use of platelet rich plasma that has over eight growth factors. A small amount of blood is taken, centrifuged to separate the platelets to minimize bruising and the growth factors to improve blood circulation of the skin and promote growth of collagen and elastin fibers.

The procedure can be made more comfortable using anesthetic techniques, such as ice, local anesthetic solutions and facial nerve blocks. All of these techniques are designed to minimize discomfort and limit the potential for bruising.
