Create the Body you have always wanted!(*)
The key to optimizing beauty in body contouring and liposuction is to elegantly reveal symmetry, muscle anatomy, curves, ratios and proportions. High-definition liposculpture uses these principles to sculpt the male and female human form to the most attractive outcomes of body contouring. The surgeon must understand the surface anatomy of underlying muscles and the bone architecture (topography) to produce the defined body lines and curves. The highlights and shadows that instill beauty. Accurate anatomy models, pre-treatment photographs and an artist’s eye directs our liposculpting actions.
The Total Definer procedure developed by Dr. Hoyos and implemented by Dr. Troell yields safe, consistent and quality high-definition muscle contouring. The procedural steps from patient marking, anesthesia, intraoperative ultrasound delivery, body defining liposculpture and post-treatment compression and massage completes the high-definition process.

From Traditional Suction-Assisted Liposuction to High-Definition Liposculpture
Traditional suction-assisted liposuction yields good body contouring results, however it has inherent limitations due to the instrumentation and is relegated mainly for fat debulking and unrefined body contouring. Traditional suction-assisted liposuction results can be improved when Dr. Troell adds ultrasound (VASER) technology to yield superior skin tightening (53% better than standard liposuction) and significantly less bleeding and bruising (up to 35% less).
The mail advantage of this surgical technique is that is can be performed safely without general anesthesia using tumescent local anesthesia (adding oral and intravenous sedation as needed) with a rapid recovery typically of 3-4 days. To further provide the body curves or increased volume in certain areas, it may include fat transfer to the face and body, most commonly the buttocks (Brazilian Butt Lift or Gluteal Sculpting) and breast (Natural Breast Augmentation).
High-definition liposculpture requires either deep intravenous sedation or general anesthesia, because the intense muscle sculpting results in more discomfort during the procedure. The advantage of the general anesthesia is that it allows a total body, 360 degree liposculpting for a Total Definer outcome.

Superior Aesthetic & Athletic Total Body Definition AppearanceFat transfer to the deltoid and pectoralis muscles in men (intramuscular placement) and fat grafting to the breast and buttocks (intramuscular and subcutaneous placement) in women make a superior aesthetic and athletic total body definition appearance that we all strive for, but few of us can attain. The fat placement inside of the muscles (intramuscular) and under the skin (subdermal) allows more volume to be administered in those that yearn for a more impactful outcome.
Dr. Troell is a national instructor for the manufacturer of the VASER, Sound Surgical Technologies, teaching other plastic surgeons on the VASER Liposuction technique as well as face and body fat grafting. Dr Troell has performed over 700 face and body liposuction surgical procedures over the past three years.
The fat and stem cell purification (LipoKit) ensures the fat provides the a consistent and pure volume replacement method maximizing fat survival over 80% that is transferred (grafted).
The technique of placement in microscopic amounts in multi-tissue planes with an atraumatic method increases the chance of blood vessel formation (neo-vascularization) with the first or second day of fat grafting, which optimizes the volume enhancement outcome.
The chest, upper back, lower back, abdomen, flanks (hips), inner and outer thighs, buttocks and even arms can be highly contoured using the high-definition.
Post-treatment non-invasive services such as foam compression garment use, manual lymphatic massage, and Vasershape (Quantashape) ultrasound lymphatic drainage and skin tightening treatment optimize results.
Diet, exercise, along with bioidentical hormone supplementation assist in attaining these aesthetically defined results by weight loss, fat reduction and augmented muscle mass. Our experience shows that men and woman over 40 years of age show deficiency of one hormone in 80% and in nearly all hormones tested in 20%. Thus, most of us have a hormone deficiency that when augmented, can make you not only look better, but feel better.
