Dr. Robert J. Troell, M.D., F.A.C.S. and Staff

Eileen – She started with Dr Troell during the inception of Beauty by Design eight years ago. She is the office manager with proficiency in insurance approvals, finalizing financing, scheduling consultations and surgery as well as problem solving, comforting patients and answering all preoperative and postoperative questions.

Tina - She has a sixteen year experience in the medical profession at Beth Israel Deconase Hospital associated with Harvard Medical School in Boston as a respiratory technician. She received her Bachelors degree in Business Administration in Boston and has been a business consultant for eight years, assisting Dr Troell for the past four years. Tina aids in optimizing the patient experience by improving our offices efficiency, surveying patients experience, organizing patient seminars, assisting in the operating room, providing detailed information to cosmetic and plastic surgical patients about all aspects of their experience.

Brittany - She assists in all aspects of patient care including scheduling, the surgical consent process, aesthetic consulting by assisting Dr Troell, comforting patients and answering all preoperative questions.
